Everyone's right... I'm probably being unfair...

I've had some comments about how writing angry things about the Tea Party Patriots is not fruitful for our society. In particular, this quote:

"harboring hate and disdain for people who don't believe the same thing you do."
You're right. I should be more like the Tea Party Patriots who make this ABSOLUTELY HILARIOUS T-Shirt:

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!! SO FUNNY!!!!

You know who are good people? The Tea Party Patriots... and Glenn Beck... they're all so great!

Or what about this GEM?!:

Boy... the Tea Party Patriots are good people.

Joke. They're a fucking joke.

The name of the RSS feed

The name of the RSS feed on the Tea Party Patriot site is "The Patriot Feed"

I need not comment on that. That is the stupidest thing I've ever seen.

The Boston Tea Party

I don't know why the Tea Party Patriots have named themselves after the Boston Tea Party. Admittedly I have never been to one of their rallies but I highly doubt that they're dressed up like Indians in an attempt to fool anyone. The only explanation I can come up with is that every single member of the Tea Party Patriots were not good students and remain uneducated today about American History and the only historical event they can think of is the Boston Tea Party.

Sure, the Boston Tea Party was a demonstration against tea taxes, and maybe the Tea Party Patriots began by saying that they wanted less government control and taxation, but members of the Boston Tea Party snuck out at night, disguised themselves and wrecked havoc on the British. This is a quote from the Tea Party Patriots website about the havoc they are gonna do today:

The Tea Party Patriots Sign Making Event from 8 am - 11 pm on Friday, September 11 will be at the Hyatt Regency on Capitol Hill (400 New Jersey Avenue, NW, Washington, D.C., USA 20001) This will be the best place to go to meet and greet other Tea Party Patriots and to make your signs. While we will have supplies, it would be helpful if you bring your Sharpies and Poster Markers. Come stop by for an hour or stay the day. We'd love to meet you in person.
Oh Fuck! SHARPIES! POSTER MAKING MATERIALS?! The 18th century British lords are probably quaking in their boots. I was under the impression that anything named after the Boston Tea Party was a real revolutionary protest... I didn't realize it was a fucking kindergarten class.

To the Tea Party Patriots: If you're going to do something, grow a pair. But if you do make posters don't forget the fucking glitter.

The Tea Party Patriots

The Tea Party Patriots are the biggest fucking joke of an organization that I have ever seen.

I don't get angry at many people... okay that's not true... but what the tea party patriots are doing, stand for, and how they're conveying that message makes me want to puke swine flu all over the ones who don't have health insurance so they realize that what they're fighting for is disjointed and ri-fucking-diculous.

Their motto is: Fiscal Responsibility, Limited Government, Free Market.

The motto for this blog is: Free country, so I'm going to make a blog explaining why what you believe in is a joke and why it makes absolutely ZERO sense to name yourself after the Boston Tea Party.

I hope you sue me and it gets taken all the way to the supreme court... You'll love government then assholes.
